Conditions of Sale

Items purchased through our online shop will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received. A purchase is not considered complete until you have received confirmation of your order from Liz de Koning.

Liz de Koning will pack each item accordingly for shipping dependent on the size, weight and fragility. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout, specific for each item classification and delivery location. There is no shipping charge for artworks purchased online which are collected in person from Liz de Koning (Adelaide, Australia).

Once your order has been received, you will be emailed within 2 business days with the carrier details, tracking number where relevant and estimated arrival time.

Orders

No contractual purchase for the supply of a product exists between you and Liz de Koning until payment for the items and shipping have been received in full, and you have received a confirmation email from us outlining your order.

Once received, orders may not be altered or cancelled without written confirmation from Liz de Koning. If Liz de Koning agrees to alter or cancel the order, you must pay any costs and expenses incurred by Liz de Koning in connection with the alteration or cancellation.

Liz de Koning reserves the right to request further information from you for verification of your order.

Delivery

Liz de Koning uses Australia Post, specialist artwork transporters and couriers dependent on each item and delivery location. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling, and should be aware that where relevant, you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements and restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.

Delivery times for original artworks is between 2-4 weeks for Australian metro areas. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. International deliveries will be organised on an individual basis, please contact us for further information on shipping to your destination. Delivery times on the website are indicative only. As delivery is done by an external party, Liz de Koning cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Goods

As delivery is done by an external party, Liz de Koning cannot be held responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.

Redelivery

Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the incorrect address is provided, and delivery is required, any additional charges will be at your expense.
